Sinoway Holdings Limited (Sinoway Holdings), a joint venture by Sinoway Energy Holding Limited and Dubal Holdings LLC (United Arab Emirates), focus on the production and sales of calcined petroleum coke (CPC) and its by-product steam as well as commit to the implementation of projects such as carbon reduction and desertification ecological restoration. Sinoway Holdings has two operating calcinars in Weifang city of Shandong province and Lianyungang city of Jiangsu province in China with a total CPC production capacity of 840kt/a and steam production capacity of 1,000kt/a. In order to reduce the company's carbon footprint and actively reduce carbon dioxide emissions, Sinoway Forest Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2021. It adheres to the development concept of "green ecology", collaborates with universities and research institutions to research and develop afforestation, forestry carbon sink, forest governance, and sand prevention and control, and actively involves in ecological restoration projects to promote the development of global green industries. Sinoway Holdings is also actively involved in the construction of green factories and plans to develop the two production bases in Shandong province and Jiangsu province into green factories in the coming years.
