    Out of the campus, into the workplace, I am very grateful for the development platform provided by the company. During my work, the role change from apprentice to stoker made me clearly realize that the boiler post bears the important responsibility of monitoring, maintaining and ensuring the safety of the boiler operation, and any negligence may lead to serious consequences. Therefore, the boiler safety responsibility is very important. In terms of skills, under the leadership of the workshop master, my personal theoretical knowledge and practical experience have been improved to some extent.
