Lush and verdant, the factory in Ganyu has planted 3,000 tree seed balls, which is about 15,000 seed balls.
From August 9th to August 14th, an extraordinary "Green Sowing Initiative" quietly took shape at the Ganyu Plant, where 3,000 innovative seed balls (containing approximately 15,000 tree seeds) filled with visions of future forests were meticulously planted in every inch of the factory's fertile soil.
The primary species sown this time included Locust trees (Robinia pseudoacacia) and Amorpha fruticosa, both highly favored for their robust adaptability, rapid growth, and exceptional greening effects.
These seed balls underwent on-site enhancements, significantly improving their water retention and absorption capabilities while also providing essential nutrients crucial for seed germination. This customization ensures better suitability for the local environment and ecology, thereby enhancing subsequent sprouting and seedling emergence.
The seeding endeavor at Ganyu Company also served as a valuable training ground for two recent graduates from Tarim University, Wang Junlin and Jia Xiongwei. It is hoped that this experience will continue to hone their skills, fostering a deeper respect for natural laws and a relentless pursuit of harmonious solutions between humanity and nature. Together, they aspire to contribute breakthroughs in technological innovation and enhancement within the ecological sector.
Within the next month, an estimated 15,000 tender saplings are expected to emerge from the soil, and in a few years' time, this area will transform into a lush, vibrant forest. Employees at the Ganyu Plant have expressed their eagerness to closely monitor the growth of these seeds and actively participate in subsequent maintenance efforts. They are united in their commitment to witness the remarkable transformation of this land and safeguard this hard-earned green hope.
