(hereinafter referred to as "Sinoway Forest") officially signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening the ecological restoration efforts in the Sahara region of northwest Africa.

The Green Great Wall Project is a grand plan aimed at effectively containing the southward expansion of the Sahara Desert, protecting agricultural production and the ecological environment of the African continent by planting shelter forests. Led by the African Union, the project aims to address the social, economic, and environmental issues caused by land degradation and desertification in the Sahel and Sahara regions. The construction goal of the project is to build an ecological shelter forest belt of about 7,800 kilometers long and 15 kilometers wide along the southern edge of the Sahara Desert, covering an area of over 100 million hectares of desertified land.

Located in the northwest of Africa, Mauritania faces severe environmental challenges due to its arid and semi-arid climate. In recent years, climate change has had a serious impact on local ecosystems and biodiversity, putting considerable pressure on the living conditions and economic environment of local residents.

As a company with rich experience and advanced technology in desertification control and vegetation restoration, Sinoway Forest's collaboration with the Mauritania Green Great Wall Agency has undoubtedly injected new vitality into their common goals.

According to the agreement, both parties will carry out a series of cooperation to jointly promote the implementation of ecological restoration projects. Sinoway Forest will utilize its advanced technology and rich experience to provide strong support for the Mauritania Green Great Wall project. Meanwhile, Mauritania will provide necessary administrative assistance and cooperation sites to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Sinoway Forest also expressed its commitment to making every effort to ensure the effectiveness of the cooperation project and contribute to the ecological restoration cause in northwest Africa.

In addition, both parties have reached a consensus on the duration of the cooperation, applicable laws, dispute resolution, and other aspects, and promised to maintain friendly communication and jointly solve possible problems during the cooperation process.

The signing of this cooperation agreement not only lays a solid foundation for the cooperation between the two parties, but also injects new hope into the ecological restoration cause in the Sahara region of northwest Africa.
