To effectively improve the production environment of the factory and strengthen the on-site management of equipment corrosion prevention, as well as to implement the work requirements of "safety, quality, and efficiency," Qin Yanting, the beautification and illumination specialist of the factory service company, has actively carried out rust removal and brightening work recently, mainly focusing on rust removal and painting of areas such as the desulfurization tower, waste heat boiler equipment, water tanker tanks, fences, pipelines, doors, and windows in the factory area.

The key areas for rust removal and painting this year are severely corroded equipment in the second-phase workshop, with Mr. Qin primarily responsible for on-site supervision, progress follow-up, quality control, and safety management. Every corrosion point may endanger the safe operation of the equipment, so anti-corrosion work must be done precisely. In his work, Mr. Qin pays attention to details, starting from small things, relying on his skilled painting skills to perform sanding, priming, intermediate coating, patching, and top coating of the equipment on site. Through the rational use of metal paint, the equipment on site achieves anti-corrosion and brightening decorative effects on the metal surface.

In terms of quality control, strict control is exercised over the quality of painting. First, the construction site is carefully inspected to verify that there are no impurities and defects on the surface of the equipment. Then, high-quality paint materials are selected to ensure their adhesion and durability. During the construction process, operations are carried out strictly according to the process requirements to ensure that each step is implemented. Finally, a detailed inspection and repair are performed after the construction is completed to ensure that the quality and effect meet the requirements. The main function of paint is to protect mechanical equipment, providing corrosion prevention, waterproofing, oil resistance, chemical resistance, light resistance, temperature resistance, and other effects. Through anti-corrosion painting, it not only delays the aging of production equipment, improves the "appearance" of the workshop, but also extends the service life of the equipment, laying a solid foundation for the safe and efficient operation of mechanical equipment.

Currently, the rust removal and anti-corrosion work is still being carried out in an orderly manner.
