Distributed Photovoltaic Project of Sinoway Carbon's Jiangsu Factory Officially Launched
On November 5, 2024, the distributed photovoltaic project of Sinoway Carbon (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. officially commenced construction. The project covers an area of 21,000 square meters and has a total installed capacity of 4,500 kWp, utilizing 4.5 MW of photovoltaic modules, 45 inverters, 12 grid-connected cabinets, and 4 energy storage cabinets. Upon completion, the project is expected to generate an average annual electricity output of 4.8 million kWh. Through the "self-generation and self-consumption, with surplus power grid-connected" model, it will provide clean and efficient power support for enterprise production while maximizing energy utilization.
The accompanying 500 kW/1,044 kWh energy storage system, which occupies only 40 square meters, provides stable support for the operation of the power system. This innovative energy management approach will significantly optimize the energy structure of the Jiangsu factory, reduce dependence on fossil fuels, and support the enterprise in achieving a lower-carbon production model with green electricity.
Sinoway Carbon has always taken promoting green processing and low-carbon production as its core objectives. The implementation of this distributed photovoltaic project represents an important exploration by the company in the field of new energy applications. By continuously optimizing energy solutions, Sinoway Carbon is committed to providing more environmentally friendly and efficient business support for clients and partners.
In the future, Sinoway Carbon will continue to focus on the development and utilization of green energy, continuously enhancing its sustainable development capabilities while working with global partners to move towards a cleaner future.
