Multiple departments, including boiler, calcination, and desulfurization, collaborated to optimize equipment efficiency and enhance process reliability. With the goals of "zero failures, high efficiency, and low energy consumption," the company conducted in-depth maintenance and innovative upgrades on core production systems, injecting robust momentum into its high-quality development.

I. Boiler Workshop: Dual Upgrades to Fortify the Energy Foundation

As the core hub of the plant’s energy supply, the boiler workshop implemented dual upgrades on critical equipment:

Feedwater Pump Retrofit: Installed preheated water pipeline valves and optimized the pump cooling system, effectively reducing equipment fatigue under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

Flue Damper Insulation Upgrade:The team replaced the insulation materials of the flue dampers in both furnaces. 

II. Calcination Auxiliary Workshop: Independent Innovation Resolves Conveyance Bottlenecks

On the west side of Calcination Furnace No. 1, the technical team carried out a box modification on the vibrating conveyor system, completely resolving the deformation and cracking issues caused by long-term vibration.

III. Desulfurization Workshop: Green Upgrades Safeguard Environmental Standards

Deep Cleaning of Denitration Blowpipes: Removed accumulated ash and scaling from the pipe walls, restoring uniform ammonia gas injection.

Smart Upgrade of Flue Damper Valves: Replaced corrosion-resistant sealing materials.
