In order to ensure the smooth operation of desulfurization system, Weifang Factory recently conducted a unified bidding for the annual overhaul of desulfurization system.

The Comprehensive Purchasing Department of Weifang Company is responsible for the bidding for the annual overhaul of desulfurization system. The department has prepared detailed bidding documents according to the annual overhaul plan of Weifang Factory, and invited two companies, COHEN and MSCI, to participate in the tendering.

This bidding/tendering is based on the principle of fairness, openness and impartiality, and many departments of the company participated in bargaining and evaluation. After the first quotation of the tender, the Purchasing Department, together with the Equipment Technology Department and the third-party audit company, will check the first quotation of the tender, and prepare explanatory documents for existing problems and feed them back to the tender as reference documents for the second quotation. After the second quotation of the tender, the Purchasing Department shall contact the person in charge of the tender to open the bid on site with the Equipment Technology Department, Safety and Environment Department and production workshop.

The whole bidding process was closed and confidential, and subject to unified bid opening, and the winning bidder was determined on the spot, thus ensuring the rigor, standardization and fairness of the bidding.
