On October 26, 2018, the founding meeting of Sinoway Carbon Co., Ltd. was solemnly held in Beijing.

Ms. Ayesha Saad, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in China, Mr. Song Shiwei, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Weifang Binhai Economic Development Zone, Mr. Kabang, President of Dubai Holding, Mr. Emil, Vice President of Emirates Global Aluminium, and Mr. Ruan Zuozheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shenyang Aluminum and Magnesium Engineering and Research Institute, as well as other leaders and customers who have always cared about and supported Sinoway attended the meeting.

After this meeting, the company held the first interim Board of Shareholders of the joint-stock company, and selected the members of the first board of directors and board of supervisors.

After the share reform, Sinoway will continue to take environmental protection production as its social responsibility, and technological innovation as its driving force for development. It will continue to reduce production costs, improve product quality, service customers, and repay society through technical research and development.
