In order to strengthen the company's limited space operation safety production work, establish the limited space safety management system, effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of such production safety accidents. On the morning of March 12,13 and 14,2024, Shandong Company carried out the "limited space operation safety training activity" in the conference room on the 4th floor. Xu Yushi, safety director of the Department of Safety and Environment, was the main lecturer, with a total of 101 participants in the training.

    This training introduces in detail the basic knowledge of safe operation in limited space, main risks, safety protection equipment and facilities, investigation of hidden accidents, construction of limited space management system, emergency rescue of accidents in limited space and other aspects. The training emphasizes the strict implementation of "ventilation, detection, and operation"; make employees understand the accident handling procedures and enhance their self-protection awareness and emergency rescue ability. To a certain extent, it can prevent and control the occurrence of production safety accidents such as toxic and harmful gases, poisoning and asphyxiation, and strengthen the ability of enterprises in emergency early warning, emergency response, emergency command and emergency rescue.

    On the morning of March 26th, Anhuan Company organized the personnel of calcination Service Company to conduct an on-site emergency drill in the restricted space in the dustproof oil tank area on the north side of calcination phase I. This drill mainly simulated the unexpected situation in the restricted space operation. Through the danger discovery, danger quick report, start plan, personnel evacuation, medical rescue, personnel rescue and other aspects of the accident rescue drill, constantly improve the prevention awareness of employees and emergency rescue ability. The company advocates the employees to consciously find the safety risks of limited space around; combine the limited space inspection and self-inspection, and advocates the team to actively carry out training on basic knowledge, operation procedures, risk identification and scientific rescue, so as to consolidate the company's responsibility for safety production. In the later stage, the company will also regularly carry out relevant training and emergency drills, so that employees can improve their safety awareness and master safety knowledge in a subtle way.
